Business management software vendor ECI Software Solutions has appointed Gino Granata as its first APAC channel manager.

Based in Melbourne, Granata will have the job of expanding ECI’s channel program, as well as driving specialist enablement programs to help partners unlock new revenue streams, scale their consulting practices and sell, deploy and service ECI’s Deacom, M1 and JobBOSS² ERP solutions.

Granata will also oversee localised partner communication, joint marketing campaigns, and regional alliance ecosystem alignment to maximise market impact in support of delivering highly optimised, value-driven business architectures for end user manufacturing customers.

ECI supports its channel partners with local pre- and post-sales technical engineering assistance, sales enablement tools, training, marketing development funds, a partner portal and certification programs.

Most recently, Granata co-founded and expanded Gfinance, a mortgage and finance aggregation business. In this capacity, he actively directed channel management strategies, cultivating strategic partner networks and driving cross-selling and reselling initiatives.

It was also during his tenure at Gfinance that he gained practical experience in AI automation by building a fully AI Agent-automated platform.

Andrew Mamonitis, VP of APAC at ECI Software Solutions, said partners will play an increasingly critical role in supporting the company's mission to help organisations automate manual processes and gain real-time insight into production and profitability.

“We look forward to the positive impact that Gino Granata will have in helping our partners address the surge in demand for our purpose-built AI-based solutions for manufacturing operations," he said.

Granata said right now, Australian manufacturers are under pressure to boost margins, compete globally and effectively implement AI-based functionality across their operations.

“I’m excited about what the new financial year holds in store for our channel partners to support customers in overcoming these issues and look forward to enabling them with the deep technical experience they require for customer transformation success," he said.
