Data centre solutions distributor DPSA has launched a data centre review program for its resellers.
The scheme sees DPSA collect data from various points onsite from customer’s infrastructure to generate reports addressing any physical issues or recommending follow-up solutions.
The program is aimed at customers who may have recently transitioned from the cloud, upgraded their data centre infrastructure or aren’t aware of DPSA’s services.
“The beauty of this program is that it enables resellers to provide a valuable service to their clients by helping them identify current issues or potential problems, while at the same time generating business for themselves,” said DPSA CEO Jacques Tesson.
“In the pilot program we found that in more than 90 percent of cases, an infrastructure review resulted in at least $20,000 worth of business for the reseller with that client.”
DPSA is offering the program to end-users for free, with the goal to train reseller partners to be able to conduct the review themselves.
