Dicker Data inks ANZ distie deal with EcpPro

Dicker Data has secured a deal to distribute EcpPro's managed service provider (MSP) management software in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

The deal provides Dicker Data's ANZ partners access to the solution, which helps MSPs streamline repetitive tasks to improve customer engagement and reduce resource use and costs.

Dicker Data said the partnership will offer operational efficiencies, improved analytics and a competitive edge to MSPs.

Dicker Data said EcpPro's MSP management platform offers fast setup and integration with popular MSP service tools via APIs.

Enabling the creation of custom automation using smart action items, the solution aims to help MSPs improve customer satisfaction with quick issue resolutions, a reduction in ticket reopening, and a 24x7 self-service portal.

EcpPro's platform enables MSPs to manage and purchase Microsoft licenses across various CSP partnerships globally, providing Azure cost analyses and the ability to manage multiple Azure tenants.

The deal with EcpPro comes after Dicker Data formed an exclusive partnership with Melbourne-headquartered cloud migration services firm TechClick earlier in April.
