Dell Technologies has unveiled its 2025 Partner Program, introducing what it says are significant changes to drive artificial intelligence adoption and strengthen channel partnerships across the global technology ecosystem.

The revamped programme arrives as the global technology market is projected to exceed US$5 trillion by 2025, with partners expected to deliver more than 70 per cent of solutions, according to industry analyst Canalys.

Partners have generated approximately half of Dell's net revenue over the past four quarters, prompting enhanced incentives including a new two per cent Storage+ growth bonus for Titanium partners meeting quarterly targets.

The technology giant has also introduced a Compete Select acquisition rebate, offering all metal tier partners an additional four per cent when winning new business in storage, data protection, or Client+ solutions.

"Dell is a trusted partner in our AI journey," Ross Salisbury, director of product solutions group at Datacom Australia, said.

"Their commitment to innovation and customer success aligns perfectly with our vision," Salisbury added.

"At Dell Technologies, winning together is our north star – we believe that creating exceptional outcomes is only possible through strong partnerships across our ecosystem," Manish Gupta, regional partner ecosystem leader for Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China at Dell Technologies, said.

To support enterprise AI adoption, Dell has implemented a threefold multiplier on base incentives for AI Networking through its PowerSwitch Z-series products, while updating its data science and AI training competency.

The program introduces new sustainability initiatives, including an energy efficiency calculator and product carbon footprint reporting.

Dell's refreshed sustainability competency aims to facilitate environmental impact discussions between partners and customers.

The technology giant will launch an incentive simulator early this year, allowing partners to calculate potential deal profits through the Incentives Centre.

This is part of Dell's commitment to streamlining partner engagement.
