Anthony Woodward has launched MSP Advisory, a consulting practice to the local MSP market, for owners, board members, founders, and buyers.
He described the company as an execution team with over 30 years of direct experience starting, building, running and exiting IT services companies.
The advisory works alongside leadership teams to deliver a set of strategic value-building outcomes on a fixed-fee, time-boxed basis.
Woodward is joined by John Ferlito, a former head of product and technology at AC3 who has since gone on to serve as a founder, limited partner, investor and fractional CTO for a number of businesses.
"What I know for sure: the MSP market is currently undergoing serious disruption: from high-cadence buying behaviour funded by PE or strategic rollup players; to AI and automation driving the relative value of IT activity to nominal levels; to rising costs of shrinking talent pools; and all with a sprinkling of high-stakes cyber and AI risk from all sides thrown in for good measure," Woodward said in a post on LinkedIn.
Woodward previously served as Orro Group's chief strategy and transformation officer after over three years as chief executive of Logicalis Australia.
