Alex Nehmy appointed Dragos APAC field CTO

Alex Nehmy has stepped into the position of field CTO APAC for Dragos.

The move comes following Dragos' acquisition of xIoT security and management platform Phosphorus Cybersecurity, where Nehmy spent nearly two years as regional CTO.

Prior to his time with Phosphorus, Nehmy was regional chief security officer for critical industries at Palo Alto Networks.

"During my years as a critical infrastructure CISO, I always appreciated Rob Lee and Dragos’ no nonsense approach to securing what matters, the operational technology heart of a business," he said in a LinkedIn post.

“With the acquisition of Phosphorus, Dragos greatly expands its ability to protect the devices that keep the world moving.

“I’m looking forward to securing Asia Pacific’s critical industries with Dragos."
