Sydney-based wholesale ICT services aggregation marketplace Virtualplatform has launched a white label capability.
The capability enables businesses to use their established brands and broaden their service offering to include National Broadband Network (NBN) and other ICT services.
Virtualplatform claimed this will help the likes of insurance companies, banks and energy retailers to accelerate their digital strategies, create new revenue streams, reduce churn and significantly improve end-user experience.
“Our platform and comprehensive suite of customer APIs simplify and automate the entire customer lifecycle,” said Stuart Wallis, co-founder and CTO of Virtualplatform.
“From service availability qualification and plan comparison to ordering, provisioning and providing lifecycle support with self-service capabilities, Virtualplatform covers it all, culminating in native billing.”
Launched in July 2023, Virtualplatform aims to help ICT service providers source, manage and bill core products.
The platform connects with customer websites, portals and applications via an API.
Virtualplatform claimed it is unlike traditional wholesale telco providers as it does not retail services, therefore "ensuring no competition with your business."
Wallis added: “The latest ACCC NBN Wholesale Market Indicators Report shows a decline in traditional telcos' share of NBN connections, as challenger providers gain ground. Virtualplatform is dedicated to empowering new brands to achieve similar growth.”
