Josh Lucas, who has been at Versent for over a decade in a number of roles over the past nine and a half years, has opted to leave the business.
He first joined in February 2017 as principal consultant for cloud, taking over as technical director for cloud just over a year later.
Since then, he held such roles as head of cloud, GM of NSW, and for the past 12 months, head of digital and AI.
Prior to joining Versent, he was at GE Capital for over 12 years across Sydney, Melbourne and Tokyo, serving in such positions as software engineer, lead engineer and lead solutions architect.
"When I think back over nearly a decade, it's been the awesome people that have made it," Lucas said in a post on LinkedIn.
"Versent has never just been a workplace to me it's been a family, and it has genuinely grateful to have been a part of it."
In August 2025, Infosys announced it would acquire 75% of the shareholding in Versent Group, taking operational control while Telstra will continue to retain a 25% minority stake.
