The Missing Link has relocated its Sydney head office to North Sydney, co-locating with Infosys, and moving to a new location after over two decades at its Artarmon address.
The move follows The Missing Link’s acquisition by Infosys last year, a deal worth close to $100 million.
Infosys’ North Sydney office will strengthen collaboration, streamline operations and provide closer access to specialist teams, enterprise platforms and shared delivery capabilities, according to the company.
The new premises offer upgraded facilities, improved conference environments and purpose-built spaces for client engagement and team collaboration.
As part of the relocation, The Missing Link will be establishing an upgraded Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) facility within the North Sydney office.
The enhanced GSOC supports 24/7 monitoring, rapid incident response and ASD Essential Eight-aligned services, increasing analyst capacity and reinforcing sovereign cyber defence for Australian clients.
The Sydney move follows the relocation of The Missing Link’s Melbourne team on 28 October 2025 into the Infosys Melbourne headquarters in Docklands, aligning both major Australian offices within Infosys locations.
Alex Gambotto, CEO of The Missing Link, said leaving Artarmon after 28 years is a significant moment for the company.
"It’s where we built our culture, our reputation, and long-standing client relationships," he said.
"Since completing our acquisition by Infosys in May 2025, we’ve focused on bringing our teams closer together and strengthening how we deliver for clients. Co-locating with Infosys allows us to collaborate more directly, share expertise more effectively, and continue delivering secure, reliable, and practical technology solutions.”
