Fusion5 buys QLD-based NetSuite partner Applejack
Fusion5 has acquired Applejack, a Queensland-based provider of NetSuite, Oracle’s Cloud ERP business management software suite.
Applejack customers include Mountain Bikes Direct, Scape Student Living, and Salary Packaging Australia.
Greenbox acquires EraseIT from Interactive
Australian sustainable technology lifecycle management firm Greenbox Group has acquired Melbourne-headquartered EraseIT from IT services provider Interactive.
Part of Interactive since 2018, EraseIT (founded in 2009) is a provider of data cleansing and asset disposal services.
SAP partners combine under PE-backed Libertas brand
Tambla Business Services, Libertas and Silfen have combined under the Libertas brand as a newly rebranded SAP services group, backed by Sydney private equity firm LVP.
Following Tambla Business Services' acquisition of Libertas in September 2025 and Silfen in August 2025, the businesses will subsequently be rebranded under the Libertas name.
Atlassian to acquire DX
Atlassian has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DX, a company specialising in engineering intelligence, for the price of US$1 billion (AU$1.5 billion).
DX is a partner to more than 350 enterprises, aiming to help them measure, benchmark, and improve developer productivity through data-informed decisions.
The company offers measurement of AI adoption and impact; 360° visibility into developer experience, combining qualitative feedback and quantitative signals; and real-time insights into developer productivity and system health.
Trench Group acquires Australian technology firm H Nu
Trench Group, a global supplier of components and systems for high-voltage power transmission, has acquired the Australian technology firm H Nu, expanding its portfolio with fiber-optic instrument transformer technology.
This acquisition enables Trench Group to deliver ultra-fast response times in power transmission operations, and while the technology supports all transmission types, it offers particular advantages for High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems.
Initial fiber-optic units have already been successfully deployed in transmission grids worldwide.
Trench is also collaborating with system suppliers to qualify this technology as a future standard for high-voltage measurement – laying the groundwork for rapid scale-up and series production.
F5 to acquire CalypsoAI
F5 has announced its intent to acquire enterprise AI security company CalypsoAI.
CalypsoAI’s platform, comprising of real-time threat defence, red teaming at scale and data security, will be integrated into the F5 Application Delivery and Security Platform (ADSP).
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in F5’s fourth quarter fiscal year 2025, ending September 30, 2025.

CrowdStrike to acquire Pangea
CrowdStrike has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AI security company Pangea.
This acquisition will extend CrowdStrike's Falcon platform, aiming to deliver complete AI Detection and Response (AIDR) – securing data, models, agents, identities, infrastructure, and interactions from enterprise AI development through workforce usage.
The Falcon platform already delivers the foundation to secure AI, protecting the environments and models where AI runs, preventing sensitive data from leaving endpoints and cloud workloads, and securing AI agents across the SaaS stack.
Pangea will extend this protection to the critical interaction layer – where AI is built and used across the enterprise – aiming to deliver complete protection across the AI lifecycle.
DigiCert acquires Valimail
Digital trust solutions provider DigiCert has acquired Valimail, a provider of zero trust email authentication delivered as a service.
Valimail has more than 92,000 clients worldwide, and operates in the Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) segment, holding a "significant" portfolio of patents related to the technology.
DigiCert plans to combine Valimail’s DMARC capabilities with its business providing Mark Certificates (MCs) and Verified Mark Certificates (VMCs) for its enterprise customers, in a bid to prevent phishing and reinforce consumer trust in its customers’ brand identities.
