Tambla Business Services, Libertas, and Silfen have combined under the Libertas brand as a newly rebranded SAP services group, backed by Sydney private equity firm LVP.
Following Tambla Business Services' acquisition of Libertas in September 2025 and Silfen in August 2025, the businesses will subsequently be rebranded under the Libertas name.
The combined business will continue to be led by CEO Chris Fydler and the founders of Libertas and Silfen remaining actively involved.
Tambla Business Services is an enterprise HR software and services company, who themselves acquired a small Australian division of Datacom Group's payroll business in 2020, while Silfen is a provider of SAP Human Capital Management, SuccessFactors and Technical solutions.
Libertas is a full-service SAP partner, delivering advisory, procurement, implementation and managed services to upper mid-market, enterprise and government clients.
The combined Libertas company now claims to be one of the largest independent SAP partners in Australia and New Zealand, bringing capability across S/4HANA transition, reporting and analytics, payroll and ongoing SAP support, delivered nationally through teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
The company supports a client base across government, infrastructure, education, manufacturing, and services.
Fydler said the company is built to be the trusted partner for customers navigating complex SAP transformations.
"By combining the strengths of three specialist businesses, we have the depth of expertise and scale to deliver outcomes that larger global integrators often struggle to match," he said.
“As part of the Libertas group, we can accelerate innovation and delivery while keeping customer intimacy at the core," Libertas founder Jeff Lewis said.
"Customers will benefit from a broader capability set and the strength of a larger platform, without losing the focus and flexibility they value.”
