Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, has announced a new distribution agreement with Zoom to bring the company's full suite of solutions to partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Through the partnership, partners can now access Zoom’s full platform, including Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, and Zoom AI.

Tech Data will support partner go-to-market through its Tech Centre of Excellence, delivering sales and technical training, solution webinars and demonstrations, alongside its Solutions Factory, which provides ready-to-deploy solutions and integration support.

Partners can also leverage Tech Data’s StreamOne platform for real-time consumption visibility, customer lifecycle management, automated multi-cloud billing, FinOps optimisation, white-label storefronts, PSA connectors and API integrations.

Tech Data brings a partner ecosystem to support Zoom's channel expansion strategy, and full-time engineers providing Level 1–3 support across Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Tasmania to support said partners.

“Organisations across ANZ want to modernise how they communicate and serve customers without stitching together tools from multiple vendors.” said Robbie Upcroft, country GM for Tech Data ANZ.

“This partnership with Zoom strengthens our strategy to help partners scale high-value, recurring services in growth areas like AI, collaboration and managed services. By combining Zoom’s platform with our engineering expertise, MSP practice and StreamOne®  marketplace, we’re enabling partners to differentiate faster, deliver integrated solutions and capture new growth opportunities.”

“Our partners are how Zoom reaches and supports customers at scale, and Tech Data has consistently shown - across EMEA, the Americas, and now ANZ - what a strong distribution partnership can deliver," Mike Johnson, Zoom's head of channel ANZ, said.

"Their local engineering team, MSP practice, and StreamOne platform mean ANZ partners can build modern Zoom practices faster and serve their customers better."
