Sydney’s IT Smart Solutions and Boutique Systems have announced their merger to form the MSP Nexio Group.
Nexio Group specialises in Microsoft 365, cloud solutions and cybersecurity for small to medium-size businesses.
Boutique Systems brings enhanced Azure and AWS and infrastructure services, and project delivery capacity.
IT Smart Solutions brings a wider range of clients and service delivery capabilities, allowing customers to benefit from improved helpdesk support. It also brings marketing capabilities to Nexio Group.
The merger brings together Boutique Systems five staff members and IT Smart Solutions’ team of eight people.
Nexio Group’s CEO is Steve Ranson, formerly the owner of IT Smart Solutions, which started in 2005.
The new company’s CTO is Frane Lisica, who was Head of IT at Boutique Systems.
Ranson talked up Nexio Group as a provider of “dependable, scalable solutions that help SMEs overcome challenges and achieve their goals with confidence."
