Artificial intelligence security firm SentinelOne has named Brad Perriott as its new area vice president for Australia and New Zealand.
The appointment aims to accelerate the adoption of SentinelOne's cybersecurity platform among government and enterprise organisations.
Perriott brings more than 20 years of technology industry experience to the role, including senior positions at New Relic, Dell, Optus and Sun Microsystems.
At New Relic, he served as senior director for Asia Pacific, helping expand the company's market presence.
His appointment follows Jason Duerden's move to area vice president of social media at SentinelOne.
"I am thrilled to be joining SentinelOne at such an exciting and pivotal time in cybersecurity," Perriot said.
In his new position, Perriott will lead the regional sales team as threats to critical infrastructure continue to rise.
"Organisations are looking for innovative, cutting-edge solutions supported by a world-class team that empower them to get and stay ahead of modern threats," Perriot said.
