ReadiNow appoints new chief executive officer

ReadiNow, which specialises in no-code governance, risk and compliance solutions, has named Warwick Kirby as its new chief executive officer.

Kirby succeeds Jude Jacobs, the company's founder, who will transition to a strategic advisory role.

Kirby brings experience from senior leadership positions at technology firms such as Oracle, Revelian, and Camms Group.

His appointment marks a milestone in ReadiNow's history as the company aims to enter its next growth phase with Jacobs, who led ReadiNow since its inception, saying Kirby will steer the company foward.

ReadiNow provides no-code software and enterprise workflow automation.
