Australian tech and telco chiefs have the country's most looked-at LinkedIn profiles, according to new data from the corporate social network.
LinkedIn has revealed its "2015 Power Profiles" of the most viewed profiles in Australia, with the list led by ICT leaders such as Microsoft managing director Pip Marlow, new Telstra new chief executive Andrew Penn and Oracle ANZ boss Tim Ebbeck.

Other power profiles from the local IT channel include Gordon Makryllos, Australia & NZ managing director of Eaton, Ruslan Kogan, founder of online reseller Kogan, and IT consultant Dez Blanchfield, currently working with Melbourne MSP The Frame Group.
Even outside the 'technology' category, ICT leaders reigned supreme.
It's clear the tech sector remains an attractive place to work, with a number of IT companies featuring on the HR list. The names include Atlassian senior technical recruiter James Bates, and Abby Hock, talent acquisition at Amazon Web Services – interesting following the scathing report from the New York Times on Amazon's workplace culture.
Technology companies also appeared among the top marketing leads, including Xero's new CMO Andy Lark, who is also on the board of Google and NetSuite partner Fronde.
Even in the 'finance' category, IT people stamped their mark, with an appearance from David Kennedy, CIO of State Super Financial Services.
