NinjaOne offers MSPs free warranty tracking tool

NinjaOne, an IT platform for endpoint management, security, and visibility, has unveiled new offerings to enhance its offerings for managed service providers (MSPs).

The company announced it would provide NinjaOne Warranty Tracking free to all NinjaOne MSP customers.

This automated system manages and tracks device warranty information, ensuring business continuity by having replacements ready or new warranties in place before existing ones expire.

NinjaOne's director of channel and alliances for the Asia-Pacific, Vic Guerrero,  said that  Australian MSPs are under a constant pressure to keep up with the evolving digital landscape whether it be finding ways to leverage artificial intelligence, or protecting against emerging cyber threats.

"The ability to track existing warranty timelines with ease, ensuring replacements never disrupt processes and can be implemented with ease, is integral to remaining on pace with the fast-moving environment they work in," Guerrero added.

The company has provided early access of the system to select customers who have cited several benefits of the Warranty Tracking system.

Of the early access customers, 31 per cent pointed the ability to consolidate disparate tools and save costs.

NinjaOne also announced that its documentation feature would be free for MSP customers, for up to three users.

This centralised platform consolidates IT knowledge on processes, devices, users, and security, aiming to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing among MSPs.

Sal Sferlazza, chief executive and co-founder of NinjaOne, explained the free offerings were part the company's commitment to enabling MSP profitability.

The company highlighted its focus on innovation, citing the release of over 250 new features, enhancements, and products this year alone.

NinjaOne claimed to be the first remote monitoring and management (RMM) provider to offer multi-tenant Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities for Apple iOS and Google Android.

The company also offers free and unlimited onboarding, training, and support, including access to NinjaOne Academy.

NinjaOne stressed its commitment to customer support, resulting in a customer satisfaction score of over 98 per cent and an average first response time of less than 30 minutes.

The company also announced the introduction of white-glove Professional Services to assist large MSPs in migrating their technology stacks without disrupting their business operations.

Analyst reports from Omdia and Enterprise Strategy Group underscore NinjaOne's value proposition, showing significant tool consolidation and cost reduction for users.

NinjaOne RMM has maintained the top position on G2, a software review platform, every quarter since 2019, further solidifying its standing in the MSP market.

In June this year, NinjaOne launched its first formal global channel program, aiming to accelerate growth in security.
