The deal will see Neltronics distribute Microdia’s range of products to Australian and New Zealand resellers.
Microdia also recently launched the world’s first 64 gigabye compact flash card, the XTRA ELITE 64GB.
Lee Jeffries, sales director at Neltronics, said Microdia’s range of products combined with the company’s aggressive growth strategy are perfectly matched with Neltronics approach to business.
Louis Leung, CEO of Microdia, said the alliance will allow the companies to tap into Australia’s $200 million a year memory card and USB market.
“The A/NZ market expect and receives, top products, with discerning consumers dictating high product standards," he said.
Leung said that the launch of the products and the distribution agreement “will help position the Microdia brand in the minds of Australian consumers and retailers.”
Microdia’s product range includes flash memory data storage product, portable multimedia devices and wireless connectivity products.
