Microsoft and Telstra Enterprise solutions partner Digital Armour in Sydney is dipping its toes into the artificial intelligence (AI) waters, with a new consulting and training venture.
Called Emerging Tech Armoury, the new business aims to provide consulting, governance, strategy and training services for Australian mid to large businesses with more than one hundred staff.
It does this through strategic frameworks, intellectual property advice and comprehensive training, to foster innovation and growth.
Co-founder and ETA chief executive Mani Padisetti said the new venture is set up to help Australian businesses navigate confusion, and leverage sound, strategic and safe AI.
Padisetti said technology moving at a pace never experienced, and that rate of change is hindering organisations' decision making.
"Emerging Tech Armoury's services help them get ahead of the curve, harness AI's transformative power and realise its limitless use cases and benefits, from the boardroom to the call centre," Padisetti said.
"It's about cutting through the noise and being that trusted guide and a voice of reason so they can make confident strategic decisions based on facts," he added.
The managed service provider business backing ETA, Digital Armour, was set up in 2002 by Maria Padisetti and her husband Mani, after a stint in the telco sector in Australia and New Zealand.
It was awarded the Telstra Enterprise Peter Carr Customer Service Excellence Award in November last year.
