Telstra names 2023 Enterprise Partner of the Year

Telstra has named OneStep Group as the Telstra Enterprise Partner of the Year, in addition to a range of other 2023 Telstra Enterprise Partner Awards winners.

“OneStep Group not only demonstrated strong performance in FY23 across multiple differing customer solutions,” said Louise Brokenshire, Partner Channel Group Owner, Telstra, “they delivered brilliant customer experiences and continued to grow and invest in capabilities that complement the Telstra core offering. They truly exhibited a model for how we ‘Partner to Win’,”.

The National Award category recognises Telstra’s most outstanding overall partners. The Telstra Distributor of the Year Award went to Aria Technologies.

“Aria Technologies have continued to build their capabilities and strategic relationships with vendors to support our broader Partner ecosystem. They’ve helped capture increasing market opportunity with Telstra and are supporting larger and more complex customer solutions,” said Brokenshire.

The Domain Specialisation Award categories highlight channel partners that deliver a dynamic, innovative, and positive impact for Telstra customers across three domains. The 2023 winners are:

  • Telstra Mobility Partner of the Year – MobileCorp
  • Telstra Data and Connectivity Partner of the Year – Pinnacle IT
  • Telstra Services Partner of the Year (NAS) – Mangano IT

The Cisco Partner Award category recognises Channel partners that work closely with Telstra and Cisco to help customers modernise their networks and work environments. The winner is Telstra Cisco Partner of the Year – Peak Insight.

The Microsoft Partner Award category recognises Channel partners that work closely with Telstra and Microsoft to help customers transform to the cloud. The Telstra Microsoft Partner of the Year is Azured.

Vanessa Sorenson, Chief Partner Officer for Australia and New Zealand at Microsoft said: “I really believe that partners power the cloud. So, huge congratulations to Azured for the innovative work they have brought to market.”

Telstra renames award to honour Peter Carr

“In memory of a long-serving member of our Telstra Enterprise family, Peter Carr, who passed away recently, we’ve renamed the Telstra Customer Excellence Award as the Peter Carr Customer Excellence Award in his honour. It’s a fitting legacy as Pete was well known for achieving the best customer outcomes,” said Ms Brokenshire.

The Peter Carr Customer Excellence Award went to Digital Armour.

Telstra’s Excellence & Values Award categories highlight how partners worked to provide a premium customer experience within the Telstra community. The 2023 winners are:

  • Telstra Channel Champion Award – Filiks Potros
  • Telstra Service Recognition Award – Mobile Network

The Telstra Enterprise Partner State Awards recognise the best partner from each state and territory. This year the winners are:

  • Telstra NSW Partner of the Year – Telestar Communications
  • Telstra VIC and TAS Partner of the Year – Rubicon 8
  • Telstra QLD Partner of the Year - Entag
  • Telstra WA Partner of the Year - Connectiv
  • Telstra SA Partner of the Year – Wireless Communications
