Cloudwerx grows senior team with trio of hires

Australian data, analytics and GenAI services outfit Cloudwerx has made three senior appointments to support company growth and provide dedicated product leadership.

Ashleigh Sword has joined Cloudwerx as chief growth officer, Kylie Willett has been appointed product director of Tesseract Design, and Supriya Shonnard has been appointed product director of Tesseract Delivery. 

Sword joins the Cloudwerx executive team and will lead the company’s commercial strategy and go-to-market approach. Following more than a decade at Accenture, where she led enterprise transformation transactions and strategic technology partnerships, Sword brings this experience to connect Cloudwerx’s delivery model with enterprise customers and strategic partners.

As product director of Tesseract Design, Willett will lead the development of new AI native design systems, services and interfaces, reforming how customer ideas are shaped into practical outcomes that are ready to deliver. 

Shonnard will lead continuous development and innovation of the expanding ‘Success Plan Catalogue’ of modular, shippable, customisable outcomes that the Tesseract system can deliver.
