Netherlands based Microsoft Dynamics 365 provider HSO has announced it has acquired New Zealand's Aware Group (Aware) that specialises in cutting-edge data and artificial intelligence solutions.
This strategic move marks HSO's sixth acquisition since receiving a growth investment from global firm Carlyle in 2019.
Aware has established itself leveraging machine learning and generative AI to enhance data strategies, over the past decade.
The company has successfully helped hundreds of businesses explore AI solutions, with many of these projects resulting in millions of dollars in annual operational cost savings and efficiency improvements of up to 99 per cent..
"As part of HSO, we will be able to accelerate our mission to create a worldwide impact with data and AI." Aware's chief executive Brandon Hutcheson said about the merger.
"HSO's deep industry knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, combined with Aware's proven expertise in developing and deploying customised AI and data processing solutions, position us as a leading global force in the rapidly evolving AI business landscape," Hutcheson said.
The acquisition is set to significantly expand HSO's Data and AI capabilities, enhancing its ability to deliver emerging technology solutions to customers globally.
"With the addition [of Aware] HSO's repository of AI use cases has been significantly expanded to help customers accelerate their AI transformation journey," Peter J ter Maaten, HSO's founder and chief executive said.
This acquisition strengthens HSO's ongoing strategy to establish itself as the premier global Microsoft partner for digital and business transformation services, leveraging the Microsoft Cloud.
The move is expected to accelerate HSO's time-to-market and ensure effective deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions for their customers worldwide.
