AI-native consultancy nexwave has appointed Justin Shagam as director of growth and partnerships.
With more than 25 years of IT leadership experience, he joins nexwave following a decade at Microsoft, where he held several senior roles including cloud and AI platform lead, technology strategist, and strategic partner recruit lead.
nexwave is a Microsoft-focused consultancy, built around helping organisations become AI-ready through structured transformation across data, apps, and governance.
“Justin’s arrival strengthens three key areas for nexwave,” said Carl Lowenborg, co-founder and director at nexwave.
“It enhances our ability to shape scalable Data, App, and AI programs; deepens our executive engagement capability; and connects our delivery teams with Microsoft’s broader ecosystem of partners and innovation.”
“After more than a decade inside Microsoft, I wanted to bring together everything I’d learned from partner enablement to customer advocacy,” said Shagam.
“nexwave represents the epitome of the modern Microsoft partner: “deeply technical, commercially savvy, agile in execution, and relentlessly focused on delivering customer success.”
