Michael Michaloudis joins SAP as VP and head of CX ANZ

Michael Michaloudis has joined SAP as its vice president and head of CX for ANZ.

Previously, he was regional director ANZ and ASEAN at Medallia, and prior to that, senior director for enterprise sales at Alteryx.

He was also at Salesforce for seven years and Oracle for a decade.

In a LinkedIn post, Michaloudis said it’s a privilege to step into a role with such a significant opportunity ahead, supporting large enterprises with business challenges that matter.

"SAP’s strategy around bringing together enterprise data, operations, and AI really resonates with me: helping organisations move faster, work smarter, and better connect the promise of customer experience with execution across the business,” he said.

"I’ve also been genuinely impressed by the culture at SAP in Australia and by the calibre of the people I’ve met throughout the process. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with a few trusted colleagues from earlier in my career, which makes this next chapter even more meaningful.

"As I close my chapter at Medallia, I’m deeply grateful to my APAC colleagues and the customers I had the privilege to work with. It’s been a memorable journey, and I’m excited for what’s next."
