Kyocera Document Solutions' managing director for Australia and New Zealand David Finn has left the company, naming Ryosuke Okochi as his replacement.
A spokesperson for the print vendor told CRN that Finn resigned earlier this month after 22 years with the company.
Okochi steps up from his role as process improvement manager at Kyocera Australia, a role he held since 2017. He is expected to lead a restructuring effort to shift Kyocera's focus from manufacturing to services.
“I look forward to continuing the momentum of change at Kyocera Document Solutions, with a continued focus on long-term success as we work to accelerate growth through the continued execution of key initiatives in print solutions” Okochi said.
“We must transform from being a product focused manufacturer to a solution advisor to a customer focused advisor while also changing our own awareness of our business and services.”
Prior to joining Kyocera Australia in 2017, Okochi also worked at Kyocera in Japan and the United States.
