FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia (BI) has launched the Apeos C7072 Series, a new generation of A3 colour multifunction printers (MFPs) available through the company and its authorised channel partners.
The series is the first MFP from FUJIFILM BI Australia to incorporate technologies from REiLI Business, the company's AI technology brand.
According to the company, the devices capture paper documents, electronic files and faxes, then organise and structure that information in the cloud - transforming it into assets that can be used by AI applications and other solutions.
FUJIFILM BI Australia said the series is designed to function as an evolving information-utilisation platform, able to expand its functions and services through the cloud after installation.
The series also includes AI-enabled power savings and what the company describes as more efficient maintenance, alongside design measures that incorporate recycled materials, aimed at reducing environmental impact across the product lifecycle.
"What stands out about the Apeos C7072 Series is how it brings together high-performance print and scanning, cloud-connected document capabilities, intelligent support and enterprise security, alongside design innovations that support improved energy and resource efficiency, all in one platform," said Kenny Au, general manager of marketing at FUJIFILM BI Australia.
“For FUJIFILM BI Australia, this reflects the philosophy that drives us every day: helping customers get more value from their workplace technology and the information that moves through their business.”
