The Australian Government Solicitor (AGS), a group within the Attorney-General’s Department, has released a tender for the provision of off-site print services.
These services include printing, copying, scanning, the production of legal briefs, reports and other documents, as well as finishing services including binding, folding and laminating.
The AGS is the central policy and coordinating element of the Attorney-General’s portfolio and is one of Australia’s largest national legal services providers. It has offices in every capital city and approximately 500 lawyers who cover some 40 different areas of law related to government.
AGS requires the delivery of the National Off-Site Services in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne.
AGS also requires the delivery of the Canberra Off-Site Services in Canberra, ACT.
Typical production/reproduction services required would include high volume copying in black and white, and colour, including but not limited to appeal and court books, briefs, T-Documents and training manuals, standard and custom tabs/dividers and electronic pagination services.
Photocopying may be required in various sizes including A4, A3, A0 and B5 sizes.
AGS also requires hardcopy processing to NUIX Discover format.
The services are to be provided on a cost per item basis as required by AGS, with no guaranteed volume thresholds or minimum quantities.
The tender will close on 10 November 2025 at 4:00 pm (ACT Local Time).
