Canadian communications-over-IP provider Media5 Corporation has selected IPL Communications as its distribution partner in the Asia-Pacific.
Under the agreement, the voice and video distributor will cover Media5's full range of VoIP products.
IPL Communications general manager Paul Scanlan said the distributor’s experience would provide “considerable advantage” to dealers selling Media5 products.
General manager of Media5 Corporation Philippe Babin said there were "huge opportunities" for a growing channel network.
“The Asia Pacific market is evolving rapidly, moving away from traditional telecommunications to integrated solutions including VoIP technologies," he said.
"[The partnership will] enable us to extend our global reach and accelerate our position in the VoIP marketplace."
