HP Inc. names Chelsea Rossney new Aussie channel chief

HP has appointed Chelsea Rossney as Australian director for the commercial channel.

Rossney replaces former Australian channel chief Chris Hewlett, who announced in September he was returning to the vendor’s end-user sales team after more than two years leading the channel.

Rossney is 15-year HP veteran and since October 2014 served as as national manager for distribution, SMB & supplies (PC & print). She joined HP in April 2004 as a channel manager, before becoming wholesale business manager in 2012.

HP said in a statement that Rossney has been instrumental to HP’s distribution and channel businesses in that time.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to lead the commercial channel team to strengthen and grow the relationship with our channel partners,” said Rossney. “I’ve been a core part of the channel team in my 15 years at HP and can’t wait to continue that partnership in my new role.”
