Distribution company Cellnet, has appointed Reg Claris as the chairman of the company’s board of directors.
Claris was the former Woolworths company director and CEO. He was with the company for 33 years and was the managing director from 1993 to 1998.
He currently serves on the boards of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and David Jones.
Claris replaces Darryl McDonough who was the Cellnet chairman since November 2002.
