Email authentication and deliverability platform EasyDMARC has integrated with HaloPSA, a platform that aims to help MSPs streamline operations.
EasyDMARC becomes the first email authentication provider to join the platform.
MSPs offering EasyDMARC’s solutions can now manage email security services - from monitoring email authentication activities in real-time to automated billing - from a single interface.
HaloPSA also enables MSPs to manage tickets, assets, SLAs, and client communications all in one place, reducing reliance on multiple, disconnected tools or manual workflows.
Recent EasyDMARC research found that almost two-thirds (62%) of organisations grew their cybersecurity-related services over the last year, largely driven by customer demand and tightening regulatory requirements.
The research also found that many businesses lacked the in-house expertise to keep up. As a result, 43% of organisations turn to MSPs to bridge cybersecurity knowledge gaps.
Major providers like Google and Yahoo have now mandated Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) adoption across the board.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS v4.0), a security framework traditionally focused on the financial services industry, has also expanded its scope to address phishing threats and email fraud.
HaloPSA signed a deal with Synnex Australia last year, with Synnex becoming the first distributor of HaloPSA in ANZ.
