DXC Technology has announced a strategic partnership with ElevenLabs, an AI company specialising in audio models and voice agents, to embed voice AI capabilities across its internal operations and client solutions globally.
As part of the agreement, DXC will integrate ElevenLabs' technology across four areas: enterprise productivity and digital workforce tools, customer experience platforms, industry-specific solutions, and application modernisation.
The company said voice AI agents and copilots will be deployed into service desk operations, training and knowledge management, as well as multilingual voice interfaces for customer service platforms.
DXC also confirmed it participated in ElevenLabs' most recent Series D funding round, which raised US$500 million and valued the company at approximately US$11 billion. The investment is intended to deepen alignment between the two companies as they co-develop enterprise AI solutions.
The partnership will extend to DXC's LabX AI-native product incubator and its AI Platforms Engine, with the goal of bringing co-developed voice AI solutions to market across DXC's global customer base.
