Dicker Data has been named Aruba's South Pacific distributor of the year for FY16 at the APAC Atmosphere partner awards in Singapore.
The distributor commenced its relationship with Aruba just four months ago, after parent company HPE granted Dicker access to its full portfolio.
"We’re pleased to have been recognised with this award for the South Pacific region from Aruba," chief executive David Dicker said.
"This award is testament to the hard work our team has put in and is a reflection of the strong results we’ve seen since our partnership with Aruba commenced in May of this year."
Aruba ANZ channel sales director David Elliot said Dicker had been a significant growth distributor for HPE and HPN for many years.
"Since being selected as a successful candidate in the recent HPE South Pacific Distribution RFP, Dicker Data has invested significantly and completed many unique initiatives to develop the HPE Aruba brand and partner community," he said.
"Dicker Data have proven to be a trusted pair of hands for many heritage Aruba and HPN partners, into all market segments, especially the SME market.”
Dicker reported revenues of $590.3 million in the six-month period ending 30 June 2016, an increase of 11 percent.
