Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) has floated on the Australian Securities Exchange at a share price of 0.21 cents.
The distributor met the minimum 500 required shareholders earlier this month and had its first day of trading yesterday.
Co-founder and chief executive David Dicker held 60,000 shares with 48 percent voting rights. He also took on the role of chairman.
Dicker Data's other co-founder Fiona Brown, who left the day-to-day operations in 2004, also owned 60,000 shares but remained a non-executive director of the company.
Chief financial officer Mary Stojcevski, who joined in 1999, was appointed company secretary and executive director along with commercial director Chris Price and logistics director Michael Demetre, which hold 10,000 shares each.
In financial year 2010 Dicker Data posted a net profit of $4.5 million from $286 million revenue.
