Cymax kicks off tech donation program
Sean Dendle, Cymax MD.

Australian business IT support and technology solutions provider Cymax has launched a $500,000 Technology Donation Program (TDP), open to not-for-profits and social enterprises.

The Cymax TDP is a donation model assembled through a coalition of Cymax and its technology vendor partners, who have redirected a portion of their marketing budgets into technology contributions.

The donation pool includes enterprise Wi-Fi, SonicWall firewalls, AI and Fabric enablement, Halo ITSM/HRM software, endpoint security, Monday.com enablement, and more.

The TDP is open to NFPs of all sizes to apply for, ranging from local community organisations to national bodies, with technology solutions scaled to match.

Cymax said the philosophy behind the program is straightforward: every dollar saved on technology is a dollar an NFP can redirect back into its core mission. Cymax asks each applicant where those savings would go and that answer forms part of the assessment.

Applications close 5pm AEST on 7 October 2026, with major donation announcements on 7 November 2026. Minor donations will be announced monthly in the lead-up.
