Chillisoft has signed a distribution agreement with DataBahn, giving ANZ channel partners access to the company's agentic data control plane technology.

Under the deal, Chillisoft will distribute DataBahn's full portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, targeting organisations and their technology partners looking to consolidate and govern enterprise data for security operations and AI workloads.

DataBahn's platform ingests, normalises, enriches, governs and routes telemetry from more than 600 sources. The company said its approach differs from traditional data pipelines by providing intelligent data infrastructure designed to make enterprise data more accessible and contextual for both security teams and AI systems.

DataBahn also launched a Federated Search and Orchestration capability in August 2026, which allows security teams and AI agents to query data across distributed sources - including SIEM platforms, data lakes, cloud object storage and long-term archives - without requiring data to be moved or duplicated.

The capability combines natural language search with DataBahn's Reef knowledge graph, Lumen threat hunting agent and MCP Hub AI gateway.

Alex Teh, group chief executive at Chillisoft, said organisations were generating more data than ever but that volume alone did not translate into better intelligence.

"DataBahn takes a fundamentally different approach by giving organisations greater control over how their data is collected, managed, enriched and accessed, while also creating the foundation for AI driven security operations," Teh said.

"We're excited to bring this capability to the ANZ market and work with our partners to help customers unlock significantly more value from the data they already have."

Glen Maloney, regional sales director ANZ at DataBahn, said global organisations are under pressure to get more intelligence from rapidly growing volumes of security data without automatically adding cost and complexity.

"DataBahn provides our partners and their clients a robust and complete solution with its agentic control plane that reduces, enriches, governs and activates data across security and AI environments," he said.

"Chillisoft’s depth in the Australia and New Zealand cybersecurity channel creates a natural fit as a strong distribution partner to bring that model to market at scale.”
