Hewlett-Packard has given Cellnet distribution rights to its Personal Systems Group (PSG) products.
From May, Cellnet will distribute products including notebooks, tablet PCs, desktops, workstations and monitors. Cellnet will join HP’s existing PSG distributors Dicker Data, Ingram Micro and Synnex.
Cellnet MD, Adam Davenport, said the addition of HP PSG products would complement its existing HP stable of handheld products.
Cellnet won the contract based on its speciality in the SMB space and its partnerships within the channel, Davenport said.
“Cellnet has a presence in regional Australia and strong relationships with SMBs," he said. "The deal with HP will take it into new markets and geographies.”
HP was not available for comment.
