Ceanet stocks up on niche products

Local software distributor, Ceanet has been appointed by US based Mathsoft to distribute its range mathematical software.

Mathsoft’s product Mathcad, performs calculations in the familiar language of mathematics and records critical underlying methods, assumptions, values and processes.

Richard Eskell managing director Ceanet said the company had a broad range of scientific software market.

“Mathcad adds to our portfolio of engineering, mathematical, scientific and statistical products,” said Eskell.

Ceanet has also become a distributor for US based Lyrtech products including the SignalMaster a hardware-in-the-loop suite and US based Plexim's PLECS, a toolbox for simulations of electrical circuits.
