Brennan is scaling up its Western Australian operations, with the company set to almost double its local workforce in the coming months.
The company’s state manager in WA, Basil Lenzo, said Brennan expected to continue to grow its presence in Western Australia as it had built on the momentum experienced since its 2022 entry into the market following its acquisition of local IT services provider MOQDigital.
“We’ve made a deliberate and sustained investment in Western Australia, and the results are now materialising,” Lenzo said.
“With the strong demand for modern, end-to-end IT services from WA organisations who are looking to scale, digitise, and improve cybersecurity, we expect we will have a team of more than 100 skilled technology professionals in Perth within the next two years.”
Lenzo said over the past few months, the company had picked up contracts with major customers in the state, including Monadelphous, HanRoy and Peet, along with several other projects spanning managed services through to transformation projects.
“In a further vote of confidence, we have also recently been appointed to the Western Australian Government’s Technology Infrastructure and Solutions (TIS) panel, enabling us to offer government agencies our high-quality systems integrator solutions,” Mr Lenzo said.
“This is testament to our end-to-end solutions and capabilities, true performance delivery and commitment to creating real and relevant value for Western Australian businesses and their end users.”
So far this year, Brennan has been awarded a multi-year contract by the National Capital Authority to manage its IT and cybersecurity environment; is assisting in the undertaking of a multimillion-dollar digital transformation by TasPorts; and has acquired Canberra-based cybersecurity, connectivity and cloud specialist CBR Cyber.
