NiCE has launched the NiCE AI Specialisation Program, a formal, criteria-based recognition tier within its NiCE 360 Partner Program, designed to identify partners that can demonstrate measurable AI outcomes for enterprise organisations.

Five partners have been named in the inaugural cohort: Accenture, Cirrus, Deloitte, Route 101, and TTEC Digital. The program validates partners against three pillars - People, Practice and Performance - and is positioned by NiCE as one of the more rigorous standards for AI delivery in the contact centre and CX space.

To qualify, partners must hold a bench of certified AI talent including NiCE Certified AI Engineers at Practitioner level or above, Conversation Designers and dedicated AI Delivery Leads.

They must also demonstrate live deployments across the NiCE AI suite - spanning tools including Cognigy, Autopilot, Copilot, Auto Summary and Proactive AI - across at least three distinct use-case categories and at least one enterprise-scale engagement.

The Performance pillar requires independently verified business outcomes, including AI-attributed annual contract value, customer satisfaction scores, net retention and enterprise references.

"Enterprises are placing significant investment in AI, and they need partners with deep AI skills and experience that provide advisory consulting and implementation services," said Dorothy Copeland, chief partner officer at NiCE.

"The NiCE AI Specialization Partner Program sets that standard. It recognises the partners who have proven they can turn NiCE AI into measurable business outcomes , and gives every enterprise a trusted, independently verified way to choose who to build with."

NiCE said the AI Specialisation Program is the first in a planned roadmap of specialisations under the NiCE 360 Partner Program, with product and vertical-market specialisations planned throughout 2026 and 2027.
