Blue Crystal Solutions has secured both International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.
The acheivement means the managed services provider has met global benchmarks for quality management and information security.
The Adelaide-headquartered company underwent comprehensive external auditing to achieve the dual certification, which validates its quality management systems and information security management across all operations.
ISO 27001 establishes the global standard for information security management systems, requiring organisations to maintain comprehensive risk registers and implement ninety-three security controls designed to safeguard information confidentiality, integrity and availability.
"These certifications turn talk into proof and puts Blue Crystal on a global pedestal for having best-of-breed standards," MD Vito Rinaldi said.
"Working with us means clients can trust that every engagement follows proven processes and that their data sits behind world-class security controls."
The ISO 9001 certification focuses on quality management systems, ensuring customer requirements drive all service delivery phases whilst establishing measurable objectives and documented, repeatable processes.
"Achieving ISO 9001 means our clients are guaranteed reliable outcomes, fewer defects and smoother engagements," Rinaldi said.
The certification process began with comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessment before Blue Crystal Solutions refined and documented processes across all teams, culminating in rigorous independent auditing by an accredited certification body.
Both certifications carry three-year validity periods with annual surveillance audits required to maintain compliance.
"The certifications run for three years, but our commitment is daily," Emil Augustine, general manager at Blue Crystal Solutions, said.
"Annual surveillance audits, a full recertification in year three, and our own ongoing internal reviews keep us fully compliant and always improving."
