Melbourne-based technology services provider CTM Professional Services is attracting "strong interest" after going into administration and being listed with Xcllusive Business Sales Melbourne, the business broker claims.
Currently trading under administrators and established in 2015, CTM Professional Services serves enterprise, government and commercial customers across Australia, with revenue of approximately $7.49 million in FY26.
As well as procurement and project income, the business earns monthly recurring income from Managed and Private Cloud Services and Voice and WAN Services. Several of these contracts run into 2027 to 2029.
Among the services listed on its website are consulting, end-to-end project delivery, workforce contingency solutions and procurement services, as well as security solutions (endpoint, penetration testing, ISO27001 fast-track), networking solutions (network visibility, cloud WiFi and cellular connectivity) and IT and cloud solutions (unified communications, DevOps and cloud migration and management).
The company has a total of 25 customers across Australia and six staff.
The administrators are seeking expressions of interest for the acquisition of the business and/or assets of the company.
Xcllusive Business analyst and broker, Denise Hall, said the company went live to market on October 23 with a "strong number of enquiries" in the first few hours.
She also stated that acquisition of this business would provide the buyer with a strategic add-on for a managed services or IT solutions provider seeking scale, additional customers and cross-selling opportunities.
“Having worked closely with Administrators over several years, Xcllusive Business Sales has developed the knowledge and tools to reach as many buyers as possible in a short period of time,” she said.
“For businesses under administration, a longer sales timeframe is often not an option.”
