Sydney-based unified communications specialist Auroz has been appointed as a distributor for InFocus' range of projectors and content sharing solutions.
The distributor said the addition of InFocus to its vendor lineup would assist Auroz in its efforts to expand from a unified communications specialist into converged video solutions.
As part of the agreement, Auroz' resellers have access to the latest projects and SimpleShare point-to-point wireless presentation solutions from InFocus.
“Whether it’s classroom, office, meeting room or large-venue setting, the portable InFocus range of video solutions is a complementary addition that now allows us to provide a comprehensive spectrum of content sharing solutions that will better serve our customers’ needs to connect, share and monitor information," Auroz national sales manager Jason North said.
"This competitively-priced technology opens new opportunities of connectivity and visualisation way beyond the traditional conference call.”
InFocus vice president of Asia-Pacific Peter Ho said the vendor was proud of its new partnership adding: "We see this as a positive win/win arrangement for both our enterprises. The result for InFocus is a greatly enhanced distribution profile for our latest projectors and SimpleShare wireless presentation solutions via the knowledgeable team of Auroz sales and support specialists and their wide-ranging Australian distribution network.”
Auroz was founded in 2006 to specialise in distributing Platronics' headsets and audio products. Its other vendors include Polycom, which was acquired by Plantronics earlier this year, AudioCodes, StarLeaf, Silex Pro and Kuando.
