Fifth Quadrant boosts customer experience
Fifth Quadrant, a leading customer experience strategy, design and research company, has appointed of Claire Chow as customer experience and co-creation expert based in Sydney.
In this role Chow will be responsible for leading Fifth Quadrant’s customer experience design and customer co-creation division. She will work with Fifth Quadrant’s private and public sector clients to introduce customer experience design thinking (CEDT) techniques, as part of a broader enterprise-wide customer experience strategy across eight key channels including: voice, face-to-face, online, social media, mobile apps, correspondence, video and gamification.
Chow joins Fifth Quadrant with over 12 years’ experience as a customer focused business strategy consultant.
Chow previously held consulting roles with organisations including Australian Business Consulting and Solutions, CXCO and Peppers and Rogers Group. During this time, her responsibilities included working with clients to deploy data analysis for the development of customer experience strategies and roadmaps.
