The event will bring together managed service providers and technology leaders to explore the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the Australian MSP market.
The first panel, Taking MSP Automation to the Next Phase, will examine what is actually delivering results for MSPs. Industry leaders will discuss where automation is working, where it is falling short and what greater automation could mean for the future of MSP operations and business models.
The second panel, Seizing the Managed AI Economic Opportunity, will explore the emerging commercial opportunities AI is creating for MSPs. The discussion will examine how providers can respond to growing customer demand for AI services, such as by building and securing AI environments, managing AI agents and small language models, or business process-as-a-service and FinOps, for example.
The afternoon will also feature fireside chats with industry experts, providing practical perspectives on the changing managed services market, customer expectations and where MSPs can find new opportunities.
