SMB cloud ERP software business Wiise, which builds its offerings on Microsoft Business Central, has announced a raft of new initiatives designed to strengthen its ANZ partner program.
The initiatives are intended, the company said, to help ERP implementation partners adapt to changing customer expectations while still enabling profitable scale.
Additions to the program include an AI Academy, delivering webinars for partners and customers focusing on real-world uses of the platform, as well as dedicated AI-powered prospecting and agentic tools.
Other enhancements are partner community days, which provide access to the Wiise product roadmap, market insights and peer collaboration, and access to the Works with Wiise Partner Ecosystem. The latter is intended to help partners extend Business Central with complementary solutions.
“Customers are asking new questions – not just about ERP, but about AI, productivity and how to get more from the systems they already run. That creates more opportunity for partners, but also raises the bar,” said Stephen McNulty, Wiise COO.
“We’re excited to see our partner program continue to evolve, along with a suite of AI tools and initiatives that we believe can reshape how our partners work - unlocking significant growth. It’s no longer enough to simply deliver a solid project.
“Partners need to be able to guide customers on what matters, what doesn’t, and how to achieve outcomes quickly and with confidence. This is about investing deeply in the right partners - those who are building genuine capability and showing up as long-term players in the Australian and New Zealand SMB markets.”
As part of the expanded program, Wiise is also looking to bring a limited amount of partners onboard across ANZ.
