Vection Technologies, an ASX-listed immersive AI and extended reality (XR) SaaS company, has signed reciprocal, non-exclusive master reseller agreements with Xerox, giving each company contractual reseller rights over the other's product range.
Under the agreements, Vection's engagement technologies - including the Algho conversational AI platform, AI avatars and kiosks - may be combined with Xerox's enterprise content, workflow and digital services capabilities.
The companies said they will collaborate through their respective sales, presales and solution architecture teams to identify and develop opportunities, beginning in Western Europe before any broader territory expansion. Priority verticals named in the announcement are manufacturing and defence, healthcare and retail.
Potential use cases cited by the companies include customer experience, content and knowledge management, retail execution, personalisation, service operations, and AI governance and control.
"These agreements give us a framework to explore opportunities with Xerox where our respective capabilities can complement one another," said Jacopo Merli, executive director and chief operating officer - global at Vection Technologies.
"We are taking a phased approach, beginning with selected opportunities in Western Europe and evaluating each engagement based on customer needs and commercial fit."
“Vection’s AI and immersive engagement technologies are complementary to Xerox content capture, intelligent document processing, and workflow capabilities," said Alexis Rufus, EMEA vice president of digital services at Xerox.
"These agreements provide our teams with a framework to explore how those capabilities could address specific client needs and support practical, governed applications of AI," Rufus said.
