Tech Data has signed a distribution deal with IT solutions provider Acuutech to offer its Azure-centric offerings to Australian partners.
Acuutech’s services include cloud, hybrid and on-prem solutions including virtual desktop, Azure services, Office365, data recover and platform-as-a-service. The company is based in the UK, and has offices in Europe, Asia and North America.
Tech Data said in a press release that the partnership will give partners access to tools and methodologies to quickly size Azure Stack HCI solutions on Lenovo platforms, to simplify customer deployments. Lenovo is one of Tech Data's vendor partners.

Tech Data country general manager Wendy O’Keeffe added: “Joining forces with Acuutech enables our partners to take advantage of next-generation cloud services to deliver reliable, repeatable and accurately sized solutions that meet customers’ needs across the cloud landscape.”
Tech Data has onboarded a handful of new vendors in 2019, including cloud backup vendor HYCU in April.
