Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX company, has been named a distributor of AnywhereNow, bringing AI-powered, Microsoft-native customer experience (CX) solutions to partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Tech Data partners now gain access to AnywhereNow’s CX portfolio, including Dialogue Cloud, Deepdesk and Tendfor. These solutions aim to simplify deployment and accelerate adoption, while supporting CX modernisation without disrupting existing Microsoft investments.
Tech Data will play a key role in accelerating go-to-market by combining AnywhereNow’s solutions with its Microsoft expertise, technical resources and partner ecosystem. Through enablement and support via its Tech Centre of Excellence (Tech COE), along with simplified procurement and licensing, Tech Data will intend to help partners reduce complexity while shortening sales cycles and driving faster revenue.
