Synnex adds ATEN's new KVM switches

Synnex has added IT and audio-visual solutions provider ATEN’s newest keyboards, video monitors and mouse (KVM) switches to its portfolio.

The company’s KVMs cater to government and military agencies that are seeking true network separation between classified and non-classified information, while also complying with the latest international protection protocols.

Synnex will distribute ATEN’s PSS PP v3.0 Secure KVM Series switches, which come in 2-port, 4-port and 8-port models, and supports DisplayPort, HDMI and DVI video interfaces.

“We’re delighted to bring the ATEN secure KVM range to our product portfolio since ATEN has been the market leader in KVM technology since 1979 and have already had success in building up the project pipelines,” Synnex Australia product and marketing director Yu Chen Liao said.

The KVMs also offer protection on both the physical and user operation levels to prevent data leakages across internal ports and external networks, mitigating vulnerabilities of a variety of cyber-attacks.

“The new series of ATEN PSS PP v3.0 Secure KVM Switches from ATEN meet the demanding requirements of enterprises,” ATEN ANZ managing director Wesley Wong said.

“They are designed to keep sensitive assets isolated while providing advanced security and a user-friendly design for instantly secure deployment.”
